Video Consultant

Kris began making films at the age of 8, and hasn’t stopped since. He is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill-Radio, TV, Motion Pictures, where his student film, “The Gift,” garnered industry attention at film festivals and led to opportunities to work in Hollywood after college. After a successful stint working on national commercial spots and producing and directing music videos for artists such as Tori Amos, Kris decided to bring his creativity and ability to tell stories to the world of nonprofits. He headed the video production department at Malaria No More and now leads the way for Safe Kids, using humor and substance to inspire more people to get involved.

changing the news blog

My hope is that this PSA inspires parents, kids, caretakers and anyone else who watches it to do the little things that can make a big difference. Something as simple as buckling a car seat or checking the batteries in a smoke alarm can change the news and make a world of difference for parents, families and communities around the world.
