New research evaluates the impact of The Safe Kids Buckle Up Program™ inspection events on caregiver knowledge, skill and confidence in installing their child's car seat. Results confirmed that hands-on education by child passenger safety technicians at inspections do increase caregiver knowledge, skill and confidence, they also highlighted several areas where further attention is needed.
